We had a great experience with our repair tech Paul from Sears Home Services who came to check out our appliance. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, but he also explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. He ordered the necessary parts and we hope that he is the tech that comes back because he is excellent !!!! We are very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend Paul. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tech was great, appointment policy is terrible. To have a 9 hour window to see a tech for an hour is terrible business.

I had a technician come to my house to install a new icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator. Joseph was very professional and very helpful on explaining the issue with my refrigerator and even gave me tips on loading my freezer. Very great experience.
