Friendly and knowledgable people. Unfortunately we decided to pass on the repair and ended up purchasing a brand new fridge. Based on repair cost and age of current refrigerator it just made more sense to go with a new one.

He did a great job trying to diagnose the problem and explain it to me. Unfortunately, the repair requires a part that apparently is no longer available. So I'm still left with the issue, but it's not related to the service call at all. Beyond his control

Paul was terrific and finally fixed my microwave after 2 other technicians and many appointments later. I was left hanging when another tech did not show up on a scheduled call on 1/25 with no call or explanation or reschedule I was unable to speak with a human and kept getting voice over and texts which did not solve the issue. I finally did a reschedule and had to wait another week. I had previously have had good experience on the phone but this episode was frustrating
