Joseph M. explained everything. Showed me vents in the unit that shouldn't be blocked, explained that the compressor should be cleaned twice a year, etc. Very helpful and friendly.

Visited by an experienced and professional technician who serviced our washing machine that had ceased spinning. He diagnosed the machine through an error code, reset it, tested it, and it was fixed without even having to break out a screwdriver. Highly competent service.
