The tech was great. Explaining the repair in detail. Very nice personally. The price was way to high though. I picked Sears because they said their prices were low.

Dave was very very nice and took care of my issue. My disappointment was the scheduling 3 times i stayed home all day and nobody showed up. Had to call and call!

This is the worst company to deal with. They give you a NINE HOUR window and then still missed 3 consecutive appointments. They didn’t even tell me they weren’t coming until AFTER the window expired. Avoid at all costs
