Excellent service technician he was professional and did an excellent job.

The AI experience setting the appointment was okay. The technician was excellent. The procedure was incredibly overpriced.

Nothing was done to address the issue except to call the coverage company to get is reassigned.

I called for dryer repair and Tech A came the first time on Jan 2 with a trainee. They diagnosed the problem as Drum rollers and had to order parts. They scheduled to come back in a week and he was a no show. I reschedule by the site and again a no show. He came back in another week and said the parts were the wrong ones. He reorders the rollers and again gets the wrong ones. He blames the parts guy. The next scheduled visit was by a third tech and he said Tech A ordered the wrong rollers twice. He had 4 of the five correct rollers in his truck so replaced them, but also noted that the old rollers were not the problem. It was the blower. He ordered the blower and Tech A came back three days later and replaced the blower which fixed the problem. He then told me it was the trainee's fault that this all occurred. It took from January 2 until Jan 23 to get the dryer fixed correctly.

Re scheduled my service 3 times and finally showed up and bc I have a ticket out for both my clothes washer and freezer and on the washer I described issue as ice maker not working - the repair man had to cancel the entire service. Even though the ticket for a washer. Don’t they have to come and look at appliances anyway to be sure model number see what’s wrong. Could not get any human on phone. Terrible service for paying as much as I did. Shameful.

He did fine with his repair, but when he left he had the old compressor and proceeded to leave a trail of oil across my floor and stain my treated deck. No need to be that careless. He wiped it with a rag but I had to go behind and clean and mop it all up. Not great service and clean up

Horrible service. Brady, the repairperson, told me that there was a hole in my washer hose, but he could not order the part, rather the homeowner had to. I said great, I will pick it up from the local hardware store for him to install. He said that they are not allowed to install parts that the homeowner provides, because it might not be the right part. Um, that is nuts. He then said I still had to pay for his diagnostic fee despite him not being able to fix the washer (although I was happy and eager for him to fix it). Total scam. He also made a visible dent at the top of my machine when opening the front panel.

Scam call them for a Lid Lock problem 189 for the guy to come out then when he gets there he said it going to be close to 600 dollars on what it a home washer not no Commercial grade washer thanks for nothing I'm just buying a new washer. 👎

Scam! I was scammed by Sears over a washer repair. I paid for the part that never came. Had to find out for myself it was backordered with no expected ship date. I have been trying to get a refund since March and only get the run around and every phone number you call is another scam
