Jules was excellent, 5 stars for him!!. However, the fact you can't speak with a live customer support person is horrible. Part was delayed but there was no way to speak with someone to see if the appointment could be scheduled for later in the day it arrived rather than the full 8-5 window. As a result the system only gave me the option to reschedule and wait another week without a dryer. I would have appreciated a chance to speak with someone, even if the outcome was the same.customer service...2 stars.
