Once again, Rick from Sears Appliance Repair was dispatched to fix my refrigerator. I’m always glad to see Rick assigned to my service request. He is so thorough and each time he educates me on tips to keep my refrigerator running optimally. I always feel confident when Rick is assigned by American Home Shield to my service requests.
