Snow blower repair. Technician Jason was extremely knowledgeable, and explained the problem in easy to understand terms. He suggested some easy to follow ideas to avoid the problem in the future. I'm more than satisfied with the service he provided.

Our Whirlpool washer is less than 2 years old. Stopped working and tech identified broken transmission shifter. Work done w/in an hour. Great communication, very efficient. The fix cost more than 1/2 the cost of a new washer so I do think that is WAY too much for a 23 month old high end washer but the tech was great and work seems to be well done.
