Stephen did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem with my washing machine, and it turned out to be user error on my part for not having a hot water line hooked up to the hot water feed of the washing machine. There was the perfect amount of communication letting me know when he would be here and I’m extremely happy with the service I received.
