Was told the tech would call before arriving. He didn't. Asked me to turn unit on. When I did, he held his hand up to the unit. He said, "it's working." Then he left. No examination of the units.

I wait all morning and when my tech gets here . He is here for like 30 minutes and can't find something on his phone for my fridge. And proceeded to tell my husband to keep the fridge unplugged for 24 hours mind u . My problem I have food in freezer which is working the fridge is not and u want me to unplugged my appliance. And u saying u gave me a 5 star tech haha 😂
