Tom was a fantastic repair man. He replaced the defrost timer and explained why. It is a very old freezer but it is very well made. Tom made some additional adjustment to the freezer door to help it function better. He nudged the freezer slightly to the right because the current location placed too much tension on the electrical cord. I would welcome Tom back whenever we need a repair. He deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Charles was able to service our fairly old but otherwise good condition dishwasher, fitting a new heating element even though the OEM part is no longer available so we have a working dishwasher for the holiday weekend. A very satisfied customer!

David was very patient and took the time to wait for the leak to occur a good 15 minutes into the dishwasher cycle. He provided the wealth of his experience in telling us how one manufacturer was different than another and how that affected the longevity of the appliance. I asked for a recommendation for the new appliance he was recommending and he gave it. David was friendly and informative.
