Josh did a great job, but my overall experience with this repair was totally unsatisfactory!!! Took over 2 months for the service to be completed! 3 technician appointments cancelled within 1 week! A total nightmare! Without the use of a working dryer for 2 month; please explain.

Ronald A. and his fellow repairman were congenial, efficient, and complimented each other's skills. In addition, they worked together to complete repairs on my washmachine in a timely manner . They definitely are an asset to Sears Home Services.

Bryan seems to know the issue by just listening to the sound of the dryer. Very highly skilled. Would recommend the work that he did. Now the dryer sounds like brand new!!

Charles was excellent. He arrived within the four hour window, was polite, professional, and pleasant. This was a VASTLY different experience from the first technician who came to diagnose the problem. It was supposed to be Charles, but it wasn't. He didn't call, didn't show up within the FIVE hour time window, never introduced himself, was rude, could have cared less about his job, and knew I was at his mercy. Charles deserves a raise. If I do not continue to have Charles service my machines, I will never use, nor purchase from, Sears again. Nor will I recommend the company to anybody. Have Charles teach a class in customer service. And pay him well for it.
