Worst Experience EVER/Scheduling Service

The technician was great, the human component of the service. The scheduling and subsequent issues resulting from only having AI as contacts was excruciating. I was rescheduled 4 times, only because AI screwed up. You have to pay for parts and service up front, so then you're held hostage by AI to then get scheduled and stay scheduled. The parts are sent to your home. AI determined the parts had not been sent so cancelled my first scheduled appointment. The second scheduled appointment was cancelled because I didn't respond "yes" to the confirmation text fast enough because I was driving when the text came in. I'd call to try to fix things and went round and round with the very polite, but very stupid AI reps. Probably one of the most frustrating processes of my life. I do not recommend Sears Services because you cannot EVER reach a human representative to discuss any misunderstandings with their AI service agents. It was just an awful, incredibly frustrating and time consuming experience. This is not something I need in my life.

I have had a Sears maintenance agreement for over 20 years. For the last two months it has been the worst experience we have ever had. we've had a number of technicians come to the house. Each technician had to order different parts. Seems like they weren't sure what was wrong with my dryer. We had at least four possibly five no-shows from the technician or my wife had to stay home and wait for them with a no show of a Technician. Every time we called we are connected to the automated system with the AI agent, or you could not get any information about the repair or what was going on. After weeks of trying, we finally talked to our couple human beings kept telling us how sorry they were for the inconvenience. They were going to expedite the process so we can get our dryer fixed. Well that was told to us a couple of times but it still took over two months to fix the dryer. After a number of different technicians that came out, it still wasn't repaired. Frank was the last technician to come out put the parts in so the dryer is working right now. Frank did a good job. very disappointing I called the Better Business Bureau and complained of them contemplated getting a lawyer because of the length of time and miss information that we were getting. Contemplating canceling my maintenance agreement. Years ago this would've never happened. They were very good at the repair or replacing your appliance. Not so much anymore. It be nice to have real people to handle the situation so you can get things done the right way. Again, very disappointed in the whole process.

All three technicians we had on this dishwasher repair were great, especially Sal. However the automation you use for scheduling is horrendous. I seriously doubt I would use your services again if I had the choice.

Enjoying the heating after several days is wonderful and Suk Gajurel did everything possible for us. We already have the Heating working. Suk also informed us about Sears Protect Home Warranty. Many Thanks

The service tech that I had here at 348 New World Dr. my name is Linda Hecht. He was fantastic. He was one of the best I have seen in a long time the other warranty company that I had they don't have the quality of five tax at all terrible I am quit them cancel demo went with Sears that yes he was a very good. I told him I said I'd like to have you here all the time my sister cause you're really good. He was efficient and he did wouldn't know what he was doing and he didn't. You know it wasn't on the cell phone 24 seven like some of the other ones were he just was great so so I can't give him enough stars I really can't. I mean he was just wonderful and keep him on my in my profile so that if I need him again, I'd love to have them OK happy new year to y'all and have a good night. Thank you
