Fred pretty quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately a part was needed. So he provided the information that identified the necessary part and I entered payment information. He gave me some steps that could provide a workaround in case a problem occurred before thecrepair was complete. He set up an appointment for him to return to install the new part. Part arrived before the holidays. Fred arrived as scheduled and finished the repair. Great job!

Josh did a great job, but my overall experience with this repair was totally unsatisfactory!!! Took over 2 months for the service to be completed! 3 technician appointments cancelled within 1 week! A total nightmare! Without the use of a working dryer for 2 month; please explain.
