Sears techs are terrific and that is the only thing that is. Trying to call in to check appointments, make appointments or have the actual appointment be attended by the technician (thru no fault of their own) is beyond terrible. Had 2 separate appointments with no shows and when I called received no satisfaction from customer service or the ability to check on status. When asking tech today who showed up finally after myself re-booking electronically he told me I wasn’t even on the schedule either time even though receiving emails confirming the appointments. This service is in serious trouble hence why I went with another company for my service agreement to cover my appliances even after being with Sears for over 37 years. Sad!!!
