Technician was very professionally and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired my washer and dishwasher. I am happy I had the Sears Home Warranty. I wish that I was able to to speak to live customer service agent though

Technician was on time ,called me before they got here and when they got here. The technician had an apprentice with him, which I thought was pretty cool because he was explaining to him everything that was wrong with the washer and had him also work on the washer as well. Thank you for your great customer service. Have a great 4th of July.
