Sears was scheduled via a warranty. The repair technician (Dave) was timely, polite and repaired the item quickly. They explained the issue to me and took time to answer concerns about the product. I would happily recommend Sears to anyone who needs reliability and confidence in a job well done.

The service was top notch. The technician was friendly and told me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. The parts were ordered a came within a few days. Service tech came and did a great job with the repair! The repair for the ice dispenser was very costly tho.
