Appt scheduled for 12/10, 8-12, no show from tech nor phone call. Cust svc very helpful, appt made for 12/11, 1-5. Jeb Z showed up at 2. Had Jeb before, great and honest man to deal with, checked washer. All good. True, Sears having problems but so far we've been lucky with the service.
