The technician was attentive to hear the explanation of the problem. Then took his time to thoroughly diagnose the cause. He was careful of the home and other possessions; patient; and provided a simple explanation of the problem and how to solve it. Overall a very pleasant and competent representative!

Delayed repairs on both appliances ?
Jeb is a great technician. The availability of parts and scheduling of work is another story altogether. Why did it Sears 9 weeks to fix a washing machine? At least 3 appointments were missed due to over scheduling work for your technicians. The repair of our refrigerator is delayed exactly the same length of time and the same reasons. I'm a dissatisfied customer!
