Every aspect of this service visit was excellent. James was cordial and quickly diagnosed the likely issue. He even advised at what point it might be better to consider a replacement as compared to repair. (Fortunately repair in our case was a worthy option) IMO, a fair price for the labor/parts involved. Thanks to James for a very professional experience!

Service call AC
The service tech was great. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a solution. The cost was a surprise. The customer service rep on the phone referenced the cost of the diagnostic service. When pressed for a cost of the service call the customer service rep would not give a straight answer. This is very misleading with the final bill significantly higher than anticipated. I feel the customer service rep that scheduled the appointment was disingenuous.

Profile Wall Oven service representative
John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to resolving our issue he provided insight to various features of the Profile Wall Oven which we were not fully utilizing. As an example, he gave us a tutorial and demonstrated the use of the steam cleaning and convention baking options. He explained how both of these would cut down on the time required to complete each cycle and reduce the energy costs associated with both operations. Many thanks and kudos John.
