John E was very thorough. He worked diligently for 4 hours till my washer was fixed. And issues at the end he kept going until it was working perfectly. He was so nice and made sure I understood what was going on and why. Plus helped clean up before he left. If I ever need a repair again I want him to be the service person who comes.

Great service technicians but the sears company always reschedules your appointment and took a month and a half to repair but when they repaired my dryer works great and he did a good job

The tech was supposed to come between 8-12 am but didn’t show up until about 3 - I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been informed earlier that things were behind schedule - that was a whole day and we had to change our schedule around - I am not pleased with sears scheduling policy- the tech was knowledgeable and fixed the problem

When I spoke to the tech and explained the probem I had with the dishwasher, I was told that both right and left top rails would be replaced. They were not. The sleeve with the missing ball bearings was put back on with ball bearings. No caps at the ends of the rails. I expect I will be calling when the rails falls off again. But I will not be paying again.

Frustrating service. We had the same repair technician visit 3 times for the same problem with our dryer. On the first visit, he made an insulting comment about our stove and practically scolded us about not have our dryer maintenenced annually, citing that as the cause for our issue. After greasing parts and reassembling the dryer, he was confident the problem was resolved. It wasn't. We called for a technician again and were told parts would need ordered. We agreed to wait for a 3rd visit while the parts were procured and were given a window of 8am-5pm. For the first 2 visits, we were given advanced notification that the tech would be arriving soon, but not on the 3rd visit--we were told "their system had the wrong info". A few minutes after he arrived, the tech rudely asked "where's the parts?" We weren't informed the parts were going to be delivered to so of course confusion ensued. Luckily we found the parts on our front stoop. An hour later, after the parts were installed, the tech approached and said "can you pay for this so I can finish my route?" He then huffed and rolled his eyes when asked to show us how the dryer was now working. As if we were wasting his time! Very annoying experience, definitely won't be using Sears for any future needs.
