John E was very thorough. He worked diligently for 4 hours till my washer was fixed. And issues at the end he kept going until it was working perfectly. He was so nice and made sure I understood what was going on and why. Plus helped clean up before he left. If I ever need a repair again I want him to be the service person who comes.

Great service technicians but the sears company always reschedules your appointment and took a month and a half to repair but when they repaired my dryer works great and he did a good job

The tech was supposed to come between 8-12 am but didn’t show up until about 3 - I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been informed earlier that things were behind schedule - that was a whole day and we had to change our schedule around - I am not pleased with sears scheduling policy- the tech was knowledgeable and fixed the problem
