My tech was excellent with communicating his expected time of arrival. He explained my issue in terms that I felt as if I could be his assistant at the next stop. Because if him I will renew my policy another year. It is well worth it

The technician called before he arrived. He also called to let us know when he expected to be there. On both occasions he was polite and seemed to know just what he was doing and what he needed to order. We wouldn't mind at all if he were the person assigned to our home should we have another problem in the future.
