once he got to my house, all was good. However it took 2 1/2 months from the first phone call to the service center to him finally arriving. Because of the unprofessional and total disregard for it's customers after 51 years I will no longer buy Sears products. How very sad it has to come to this.

My service guy Steve, ran into a problem with the replacement product and I know it was very hard to come by and he found the right one because he was patient and I can’t appreciate him more. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. I give him a 10.
