I thought I was going to end up having to purchase a new washer-dryer, but Jules came in and repaired our unit within FIVE MINUTES. Best of all, the price was right - less than $150! I highly recommend Sears Home Services, and I will be using them again, if necessary.

The Technician Deserves a five star because he came in like a gentleman treated me like a lady and the owner of my house came to service The appliance that I bought from Sears with a extended warranty, I appreciate him. He was respectful, and he had kind words to say, but for the Warranty company Does not deserve not even a one star you’re lousy people you should be shut down
