Delivery window is much too broad. All day 8-5pm timeframe window is ridiculous. No one calls morning of as the text messages state they will. ETA changes and technician still get there later. Overall service scheduling and communications need work.

My technician Donald was great. Very knowledgeable and skilled. However, the company itself was a nightmare to try and get ahold of. Scheduling was a nightmare, customer service was a nightmare and you have to dial several numbers before you can even speak to a live person. I will never buy another extended warranty from Home Depot again. The technician great, the company- awful. I am only doing 3 stars because the technician was so good.
