service man steve came here on 12-23 as water from refrigerator was not running. he checked and didnt believe it was a frozen line even though this was the coldest day of the year, I asked him if it does work after perhaps thawing if I should call to cancel the appt he made for us. he said no that he would order the parts he believed were needed and would replace them even if it did work including installing a new water filter. when he came today on 1-14 water was working as it has since the day after he originally came. he said its working now and only installed the new ice bin without installing the other parts he ordered and promised he would replace. he said he had a busy schedule and left. He scheduled a service follow-up for 1/7. We received e-mails and phone call that Michael was on his way, estimated time of arrival was 10:21 A.M. At 12:15 I called the 800#, and the person who answered the phone was yelling at me and said there was traffic. We called at 2:00 P.M., they said someone is on their way. At 3:00 P.M., we received a phone call, saying no one is coming and re-scheduled for today, 1/14. Horrible service overall. has since the day after he originally came

Sears scheduling is abysmal. Called for service May 24th and repair was effected today August 22nd ~ 14 weeks. 4 tech arrivals - 4 reschedules - 3 no-show without notice - 12 phone calls to support @ 1.5 hours average. THE SUMMER IS GONE I’ve had to cancel guests and family visits as well as cancel my travel plans… what a mess The Technicians are wonderful and competent. Parts arrived within 4 to 7 days SO!!! BOTTOM LINE is that the home warranty division must pay a competitive wage to attract technicians YOU BIG GUYS NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT….??????

this was the worst service. 1st I get a text 25 minutes after the time I was told that they rescheduled for the next week I was told between 8 - 12 told at 8:30 they would be there around 10:30 the get an email saying 1:50. I get a call 5 minutes later from technician he will be 25 minutes at 2:30 I get another call saying 25 minutes je finally got there at 3:07 and was done by 3:20 there should be someone we can call not a recording when we have an issue

After waiting for 4 hours and 10 minutes, I got an email from the technician saying the truck broke down and they would reschedule me. In the meantime, I spoke to someone at the office who told me that I would get an email within 30 minutes with the reschedule details. That never happened!! Poor way to do business!! I had to add to this post! After my original post, I was contacted by the owner of this company wanting to know what they could do to make it right and finally after talking to for different people from this company, I was given another appointment for August 5th. This is what is supposed to be priority reschedule. Their truck broke down and I feel like I'm being punished for it! This is definitely poor business!!
