Great service but get the technicians name correct.
The repair technician did a great job but at least get his name correct it certainly is not as stated. Also I have been receiving at least 2 e mails a day with your promotions and offer of additional services, including the day prior and day of the service which was quite unnecessary nor wanted. Also when responding to your e mail promotions including this one I get a pop up warning that your web site is not secure.

Jim showed up, when the previous technician did not for many months. The previous technician had taken apart my dryer and put it back together wrong, never found the real problem, and said it needed a part that was discontinued, but that he put an order in for it anyway. Then he quit working for the company. Jim has been fixing the other guy's messes for a while, and fixed this one, too. He found the problem caused by the previous technician, fixed that, found the original problem, fixed that, and everything works perfectly now! It's April 10th and my dryer has been broken since December 21st. Jim was the eleventh appointment, the first four not showing because the technician ran out of time in the day, the fifth being when the other technician came and made things worse, and the rest in between this one all no-shows as well. Jim solved everything. Thank you so much Jim!
