Dishwasher repair
We couldn't replicate the noise. Patrick took the time to listen to the cycle I typically use and explained what each sound signified . If I hear the noise again, Patrick asked me to try to replicate it x then call Sears Service again

Dishwasher repair
Patrick arrived on time and repaired my dishwasher. He also pointed out that the water shut off valve wasn't completely shutting off the water. That didn't affect the repair but it was good to know
