The service I received from Patrick was excellent. The service I received from Sears not so much. I received a text that he would be here at 10:34. It was 1034 when I got it. He arrived sometime later. Sears system of notification could use some tweaking. It's very hard for a person to commit to staying home from 8 to 5 with no opportunity to isolate a smaller window of time. Or, receive notification at 8 AM of approximately when he will arrive.

Jim is a no nonsense repairman that found the problem quickly. Even tho it was a simple repair he ran the washer thru a cycle. Washer went thru the cycle. We're quite happy with the repair.

The ice maker just needed some adjustments. The wrong part was sent, Patrick took it with him. The most difficult part of the experience was with AI. It kept cancelling appointments, trying to resend parts and still hasn't got my correct phone number. Patrick is great!

Jim was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He called when he was 10 mins away and treated our appliances and home with care. He worked his magic and got the vent working. We were so thankful. We had been waiting for over 6 weeks for service. 😁
