Dishonest and lying.

He told us he was arriving four different times on the 19th. We got tons of emails and texts about it. Next thing we know he says he's been here and we weren't home. We have been home all day. We have been working out in the yard by the front door so we don't miss him. We have painters here painting the house he never showed up. He never fix our refrigerator. He totally lied about everything The worst service man. What kind of business are you running there? We have been waiting two months to get our refrigerator fixed. We have the parts here in a box. It's been here since June. This is absolutely ridiculous. Your service is embarrassing and you all lied to us. He even went as far as just sent us the receipt for his completion of our refrigerator repair, which again is a total lie. No wonder seers is going out of business. We have had this problem for over three months again the part has been sitting here since June in a box he has canceled on us five or six times and now he tells us he's been here no way that's impossible.

Horrible!

Did not complete the job. Did not perform any work. Left without even checking in with the landlord whom was waiting for him. Refused to come back and perform duties even when landlord came over with parts. Worst repairman I've ever experienced. Should be fired. My job is not completed, my microwave is still broken and I am still waiting on someone to come back and fix it!

Impolite to my Roommate

I was not home when the technician arrived, but my roommate was. My roomie has emotional challenges. When he could not complete the payment on the phone after several tries, he became frustrated and asked the tech to leave the house because he felt threatened, The Tech refused and elevated my roomieʻs anguish and paranoia. All he had to do is step outside, call me so I could use another credit card and go on his way. When he called me, I completed the transaction by phone quickly. A little sensitivity to someone who is mentally ill would have gone a long way.

Didn't complete preventative maintenance as scheduled

My contract provides for an annual preventative cleaning and maintenance. I waited three weeks for the tech to show up for about 5 minutes and verify the front load washing machine functions properly. I called back in and was advised the tech should have performed the preventative maintenance per the contract. Next available appointment is a conflict as I already made myself available during the 8am-5pm service window. Less than pleased.

Awful

Jim came out on June 9 to repair the dishwasher. Our dishwasher is built in so he took it apart to pull it out. Said it needed parts. August 15 he installed the parts but refused to put the dishwasher back the way it was left from June 9. Its not installed right. I set up another appointment asking that they do not send Jim again. Well they did and when he called to confirm he said he wouldn't fix it.
