Ridiculous billing

The tech was fine.....courteous and professional....the ISSUE i have is the 670 charge to replace the drain pump...when the replacement pump is 35.98 and the service tech was only here for an hour.....so by my math the hourly labor rate is over 600 dollars an hour....RIDICULOUS!!!!!.... you should be ashamed!!!!....very very poor business

Very disappointed

I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service I received from the tech this time. He was upset saying that because we had to have another service ticket, it made it look like he didn't do his job right. Other rude, unnecessary, unappreciated and snarky comments were made that we took very offensively. He even went so far as to state if we called again, it would be warranty abuse.

Poor communication

It would be nice if there was a phone number ti get in touch with a human at Sears. All a person can reach is AI and it is useless. I was told that my appointment would be priority due to the delays and inconvenience of the wrong part being ordered…that was not the case and we were LAST. Original appointment time was estimated to be 1:29pm-then 2:30-then 430! We had to do some rearranging while trying to keep track on the Sears appointment tracker that still at 2pm stated that there were 2 stops ahead of mine and the appointment time was still pushed back to 4:30pm. Family member waiting had to go to work so I figured I had time to leave work and make it home. NOPE! Amazingly, I get a notification that the tech is on the way to my house! I had to get the neighbor to meet him because I wouldn't have made it. Do better Sears! People have lives!

I'm sure he was professional, & such, my partner was the one who was home, Anyway, the dryer only works for about 2 min then shuts down again, now the lights flicker & quit too though, i think I'd like another visit from the technician with the price i paid.

Didn't come! Says Sears tech not licensed to work on propane stove. Sent in a receipt showing he was here, but he wasn't! Supposed to send someone else today!

Frustrating experience

Austin came out originally several weeks ago and said it was the propane gas burner that was failing. So he ordered a propane burner for the dryer. It arrived at my home within a week. I was scheduled every Wednesday for the past 3 weeks for him to come out and there was a no-show no call. Today he did show up after my appointment had been rescheduled twice and time off of work. Today Austin said that he was not allowed to replace the propane burner, and that the fire marshal would not let him do so. He could only do natural gas not propane. However he knew it was propane from the last visit and he is the one that ordered the propane burner. I am still without a dryer and no resolution insight. I tried to talk to him and ask him why he ordered a propane burner if he indeed could not work on it. He explained that there's liquid propane and gas propane and natural gas. Then I had liquid propane. However all liquid propane is converted to a gas with a regulator. It is for my stove it is for the dryer and it is in every household in America. Nobody has liquid gas going into their appliances. I don't think he knows what he is doing and needs more training. He got frustrated said he didn't have to take this from customers took the part and left.

I am fed up with you, if I could give you less than one star I would. Your were scheduled to come on October 3 so I cleared my schedule to be home from 8-5 and I got a text late on October 2nd that you switched the appointment to October 19th. I waited all day here and NO ONE showed up and then I get a receipt from Ryan saying he was here and did the repair. This is completely unacceptable and I want to speak to a manager, no one should ever be treated this way. Why did he send me a receipt for a job he never even showed up for. Can someone please explain. My ice maker is still broken and I missed a whole day waiting for you to come.
