He was good. But I still have an ice maker that is not working. He did not fix it.

Bend, ORMy dryer isn't fixed
I called Sears for a noise in my dryer, it was diagnosed as worn out parts, parts were ordered, next tech gets here and says I can fix it, but it won't stop the noise. He was right. He replaced worn out parts, yet it still makes noise, which wasn't addressed at all. Honestly not very happy or satisfied with what I paid for.

So the technician that Sears sent was very good, but I am so disappointed in Sears overall. I am old enough to remember that Sears was a name one could trust to give good solid service for a reasonable price, these days, the only thing they want is to shove a service contract down your throat, and bombard you constantly with spam mails and texts! Boo Sears.

I'm still waiting for an update on the repair. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. It has been over a month with no dishwasher.

We had no issues with Bill, he was very professional and courteous. The problem with our stove however was not fixed with the repair done and then we were rescheduled 4 times for the second repair request. We eventually cancelled all requests and have opted to buy a new stove with a different manufacturer.

My washer was repaired. However, I was charged 50 for cleaning and it was not done. My washer has a new noise. The repair was very friendly and courteous.

I was not satisfied with the services provided today! As in trying to damage my washer lid to get it open since it was locked and cannot power on. For additional charges that would have been on us. Hiring a professional service by having an expert, who is supposed to be knowledgeable in that specific field was not met today! Washer was diagnosed but was not provided any more information like costs, repairs etc.
