Bill is an excellent technician. The problem was parts, wrong or broken or simply didn't work. Stove can't be fixed apparently. Not Bill's fault.

2 ( two ) Parts ordered on June 28. 1 ( one ) arrived July the 5th and the other one arrived July 12. reschedule to install on July 18. YOU canceled appointment stating all parts had not arrived after I told you they had and rescheduled a new appointment for July 21. You said again the parts had not arrived and you had two no shows which I took off two days work waiting for repair service. Then you rescheduled for the 25thJuly. I am not very happy with scheduling service as you made me out a liar that all the parts had not arrived when they had and I lost 2 9 hour days of work We were also not able to use washing machine for a month -3 days. I'm not real happy which I know you are sorry for the inconvence. That does not satisfy me at all. Getting your act togeather does.
