Patrick was prompt on both visits. He thoroughly inspected my microwave to determine what was wrong. The part, he ordered arrived the next day. His follow up visit was the replacement of the sensor. Patrick was very careful removing my unit and replaced the sensor. When he was finished he made sure that the microwave was securely anchored into the cabinet.
