Rhyen with Pat's help was able to fix out stove burner this morning. They were the sixth try to fix our stove since we first called on April 22 this year, 2023. The last technician before Rhyen and Pat recommended that you replace it. We are happy they were able to fix it.

Our job was the technician's first job for the day. Jim arrived 10-15 minutes early and politely waited in his van until we summoned him inside to begin our appliance maintenance agreement service. He left the work areas clean.
