I appreciated Jim's kindness he showed to my very social and excited dogs as he worked through his diagnosis. I felt he respected my home while being easy to casually chat with. Problem solved and Jim kept me posted throughout the day on his timeline. I was his 7th client at 2:45. He let me know asap when he could estimate an exact time of arrival.
