Repair tech was friendly and provided lots of options for fixing our fridge. Elected to repair ourselves and he provided the part number and location to purchase and also offered any follow up if we get in over our heads.

I was shocked at how quickly the Technician arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Although we will be buying a new machine, he was very helpful and gave us the option of repair. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received. Strongly recommend!
