I was shocked at how quickly the Technician arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Although we will be buying a new machine, he was very helpful and gave us the option of repair. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received. Strongly recommend!

Please verify what appliance you are coming to service BEFORE you attempt to come out. Since you are unlicensed to service LP Gas appliances in Oregon, you need to make sure WHAT the warranty service is for. Bad Form! Sears Sucks!!

The technician for my first service appointment for my dishwasher was booked 2 weeks out, then diagnosed and ordered parts, then my service appointment for the actual repair was canceled and rescheduled by automated line 3 times! On the day OF the scheduled repair! It is VERY difficult to get any person on the phone and then they said they couldn't help because they can't contact the technicians. The only time window for repair is 8 AM - 5 PM, so no one who works can get repairs through Sears! The technician who performed the repair was different than the first and disagreed with the first's diagnosis, so only 1 of the 10 parts were actually installed. I don't feel confident that my dishwasher was serviced well. I will never be using Sears again.
