Benjamin R. the technician assigned to my washing machine repair did a great job. He addressed my repair problem very quickly by finding a leak in my drain hose, and ordered the appropriate replacement parts. The rescheduling of my follow up repair appointment and the reinstall of the new part (drain hose) was a seamless transition. I appreciate that as a technician he was very communicative, reliable and provided excellent customer service.
