Fixed!
After waiting for several weeks for the ordered part and then finding it unaccountably canceled, Eduardo thought that the sound might have been turned off in the settings. He pushed a few buttons and fixed it -- no part nevessary. He also showed me how to fix it if it happened again. A BIG thanx to Eduardo for the simple solution. There should be more than five stars!

Wonderful service
I have had a broken washer for 6 months! It was a mess and sears was horrible to work with! Dale helped us every time as much as he could. Very nice to work with! Thank you!

Service call for fridge
Although it was undetermined what is causing the random noise from our fridge, the technician was very thorough at checking things out and adjusting a few hoses and cleaning the vent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
