Good man, very informative! Give that man a raise! I have had nothing but problems from day one with the refrigerator and I believe it was a faulty door and he's the first one of all the technicians has been here to diagnose it properly, thank you for everything!

The final (We Hope!) repair on our Kenmore elite fridge was a success! After 9 months of trying to get this fixed Gary had the magic touch. the machine is performing properly for three or four weeks now. We thank Gary for his knowledge and the wonderful job he did.
