After waiting for several weeks for the ordered part and then finding it unaccountably canceled, Eduardo thought that the sound might have been turned off in the settings. He pushed a few buttons and fixed it -- no part nevessary. He also showed me how to fix it if it happened again. A BIG thanx to Eduardo for the simple solution. There should be more than five stars!
