Poor install and poor customer relations
Late entry as there have now been 10+ appointments to fix an oven that breaks about every 1-1.5 years. Part was replaced, oven failed, additional part was ordered then not available so tech was scheduled to remove to send in for repair instead of replacement. Tech arrives and determines that prior part was not calibrated on install. Calibration was done oven worked for 1-2 cycles then failed the next day. Appointment set for last Saturday no show no call. Rescheduled for today, tech that did install called to find out what the issue was and decided he does not have experience to fix oven and wants a different tech to look at it rescheduled for Monday. Same tech claims I am taking my frustration out on him when I have repeatedly asked for supervisor information to express frustration in the situation of multiple service calls, his incorrect or in the least incomplete install. I expressed that I understand this is not an individual issue but the oversight is atrocious, and customer service even worse. I also expressed that any technician seeking a fix to a car or appliance that has had 10-12 appointments scheduled and rescheduled or ineffective fix would equally be frustrated.

Whirlpool washer repair
My experience with Sears appliance repair was awful. I contacted you on December 19 you came out and quoted that our water pump was out in our washer ordered the part that came broken then told me two weeks later we'll get the new part and then it showed up and was broken. Then told me it would be another two weeks before you can get the part. I declined the services because unprofessional and you rob your clients with your labor rates I would not refer you to anyone and I will never use your services ever again.

Refrigerator Repair..
Technician showed up and stated he could not service my built in refrigerator. I have waited there weeks for repair and my wood floor has water damage and I have food lost. What are you going to do about this? I need AMMEDIATE service?

NEG 100,000 STARS -Ruined Brand new wood floor!!!
Dishwasher Repair-Part to repair arrived & repair was scheduled. Roughly 1 hr into the repair I went to kitchen to get something & noticed a 3' puddle on the floor soaking into the new wood floor. When I mentioned it the tech quickly said "oh" & apologized for the mess. I said "I'm mostly worried about all the the water on the floor" he said "oh" & then quickly started vacuuming up the water with a Shopvac. I went to get a towel & he wiped it up. He was at the house in total from @ 11:30-2:30. My wife was home and had discussed touching base when he was done or if he needed anything. At @2:30pm he just left.. No goodbye, nothing. Dishwasher re-installed, protruding @ 1" beyond the counter top, it wouldn't turn on & debris was everywhere, including the soaking wet towel thrown over our toaster! Worst of all there are now 3' of deep gouges in the floor & the joints where the standing water was are swollen. Getting through to a human at A&E/Sears was VERY difficult. When I finally did the CS rep said there was nothing he could do & no one else could help either, all he could do is send a new tech out to try to repair the dishwasher. Finally after threatening to not let it go & seek legal action he said he could forward me to Customer Care. WHY does it have to be this way! 2 interviews later I finally was bumped through to the Sedgwick claims CS rep who took my information for the 3rd time & assigned a claim # & Examiner…. To be continued Monday when they are open. Why Sears? Why is a tech not taking steps to protect the floor…. Seems pretty basic. Why do I have to search for 10 minutes to find a number to a phone tree that goes no where & hangs up on you. Why, when you finally do get through to a customer service person are they powerless & can only repeatedly fain empathy. Why do they lie & say there is no one to escalate to, when there is? People make mistakes that's fine. Take responsibility for them & make it right!

Horrible service from A&E Home Services
This review has nothing to do with the technician Jonel. 2 months ago I opened an American Home Shield warranty service call and it was assigned to A&E Home Services. They scheduled 3 appointments with me and no showed for all 3 of them rescheduling after the no show. At that point I called American Home Shield and asked for another contractor as A&E Home Services is clearly incompetent. Another company serviced my fridge a month ago and it's been working great. A&E Home Services showed up at my house today 2 months after the initial service call and a month after a competent company already got it working wanting to repair my fridge they already had 3 appointments to do and couldn't show up. Avoid A&E Home Services at ALL costs and request ANY other company besides them.

frigderator repair
called in june for repair ,set appt for 7-6 .grilfriend took day off of work with no pay.no show .bought new one to keep food , called again .told the responent it was in the garage didnt fix it !!! tell me why anyone would have you?

He left without even making sure it worked properly
Dale was a nice enough person, but now our fridge still can't make ice becauee he didn't install the new door correctly and instead it sprays water on the kitchen floor. Additionally, we have no way to contact him to get this fixed. So now we can't make ice AND we can't use the water feature in our new door that he installed. We had already waited almost 3 months for this appt because it kept being rescheduled in the middle of the day on the day someone was supposed to show up. I'm pretty angry and don't know where to file a complaint
