James showed up early during the given time frame and immediately diagnosed what was causing condensation and ice formation: refrigerator doors that were not fully closing. He took apart the insides, cleaned them all, replaced the shelving in a more efficient distribution, showed us how to program the refrigerator and operate the ice maker, and then gave us advice on proper maintenance and care of our other kitchen appliances. He is a wealth of knowledge but imparted it all in a friendly and unimposing manner. We feel much better about the quality of our appliances!
