My experience with Alex B was fantastic. Hope to be able to get him on Sept 6 when someone is coming from Sears to give us an annual check up for our washing machine. (Disappointed that I was not able to speak with a human to be able to schedule both check-ups on the same day as I have been used to doing four many years now. If I was working this would have been terribly inconvenient for me to have to take two days off for work. ) Otherwise Alex was very professional and thorough and answered my questions and was very personable. Many thanks.

Just like everyone else, I need my washer! I was so happy when James arrived. He even arrived early! James was extremely polite when we met. He went straight to work to check my machine and diagnose the problem. James walked me through his process and was extremely thorough. I am totally happy with James's service of my washer! Jonel did a wonderful job of fixing our dishwasher. He is a very knowledgeable and skilledIt repairman, and discovered that it was a simple fix by locating a loose wire. He saved us about $147 by returning a part we didn't need.
