Repairman called to let us know when he'd be arriving, then arrived on time. He was friendly and got right to work evaluating the problem. Unfortunately the oven is so old parts are not available any longer, so recommendation was to replace with a stove oven free standing unit.

Eduardo rocks! Sears scheduling though is absolutely horrendous! Despite the rep being awesome… I could not recommend the company. Too many canceled apts that I took work off for and one apt. That despite getting confirmation emails, turned out I wasn't even scheduled. Too much!! On top of it couldn't speak to a person. Was at the mercy of a machine! Awful customer service!! Bringing it back to Eduardo - solved the mystery and we are appreciative!
