Bret did a great job. My biggest complaint is getting the technician to come and fix it. They kept canceling my appointment and I had to go without a refrigerator for over a week. Very unprofessional. NOT the technicians fault, sears warranty and getting to talk with a person, not a machine. Poorly run system. ,

He was prompt , diagnosed and replaced the faulty heating unit quickly. He warned us that the idler pulley may go bad soon and it has made noise ever since his visit. I was happy with his service and would like to have him return to fix this new problem
