I realized that Technicians are busy, however, Brett takes the time to show us how "we" can care for our appliances. Sometimes the manual can be confusing. I was hoping that our Washing Machine part would come in sooner, though vs going to the laundry mat.

The technician arrived on time, clearly stated the level of work. We discussed various options on what needed to be done with the refrigerator. He was very polite, very informative and completed the job and explained everything to me and extreme details so that I felt very comfortable with what was being done. It was a pleasure having him as my technician.
