I now am waiting for a second repair on a Sear's refrigerator still a month away. I would gladly trade this one in for a smaller and normal running refrigerator that works longer than a year without needed repairs. M. Soden The Dalles, OR What good is this message block? Who will read this?

Horrible Experience. Don't do it. I am at the third rescheduling without warning. Even after they call and text "see you tomorrow", "technician is in route", "make sure you are at home", "we are ahead of schedule, now we can see you between 12pm and 2pm".... but then "Your Sears service has been reschedule for..." Good luck trying to talk to somebody as it is all AI driven. Worst mistake. I would love to get my $129 diagnostic fee refunded and be done with this nightmare.

I contacted Sears Appliance Repair at the end March for a repair on our 1 1/2 year old GE refrigerator. The technician arrived, did a diagnosis, and had me pay $1100 up front for repair parts. Sears has scheduled three appointments for the service technician to return and complete the repair since then, with me waiting all day during the 8 to 5 repair window, and each time, late in the day, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by Sears. The latest appointment is for May 12. I have paid Sears $1100, and have nothing to show for it. I am very unhappy with the lack of service.

Do not use Sears. They damaged my fridge "fixing" it. I was told they would contact me as they had insurance for these problems. They did not. Beyond this, the "fix" was not a fix--it didn't help at all. I called to resolve the issues, needless to say, there was no human to speak with. They had me make a virtual appointment, sent 2 reminders of the appointment and then did not send a link--again, no human to speak with about the problem. So I now have a damaged and not fixed refrigerator and no way to remedy the problem. Hey Sears: your response is unacceptable--providing phone numbers that don't lead to people and a website that is for all of the Sears repairs throughout the nation--that isn't solving the problem. Waiting at the house now--time has changed 3x and our appointment is now at risk. Please provide an email or a phone number that will lead to a person---or are you choosing not to because you do not want the public to have access??? You damaged my refrigerator, took payment and I still dont have a working fridge.

First appointment led to ordering parts and needing a second appointment for install on my fridge. I got a text saying they could come on an earlier date so I approved. They never showed for that, and never showed for what was originally planned. Got a repair man here right now from a local company and he says the parts ordered aren’t even correct.

I waited a month for their first available appointment and rearranged my entire schedule to be home for the ridiculous time window of 8am to 5pm. However, at 1pm on the day of the service they sent an automated call informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled and that the earliest available appointment was another month out. There is no ability to speak with a human representative, as the entire customer service system is automated. I will NEVER use sears appliance repair in the future.
