First appointment led to ordering parts and needing a second appointment for install on my fridge. I got a text saying they could come on an earlier date so I approved. They never showed for that, and never showed for what was originally planned. Got a repair man here right now from a local company and he says the parts ordered aren’t even correct.

I waited a month for their first available appointment and rearranged my entire schedule to be home for the ridiculous time window of 8am to 5pm. However, at 1pm on the day of the service they sent an automated call informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled and that the earliest available appointment was another month out. There is no ability to speak with a human representative, as the entire customer service system is automated. I will NEVER use sears appliance repair in the future.
