Wash machine repair
The repairs for my washer had to be done twice I've been with out a washer for over 2 months. The repairs were fine but repair man left all used parts outside I believe they should have taken used parts and left no mess. I will probably not buy warranty again

5 reschedules after waiting
Horrible routing and service experience. To much to actually document with the icing on the cake of after 5 attempt to actually get someone to arrive, multiple escalations with Thor and sears, and once the tech FINALLY ARRIVED he was unable to do anything because Thor service was unavailable to take the call. This rating has nothing to do with technician but the half ass process associated with your order fulfillment process. Never recommend, never do business with. Issue unresolved and thrown back in the hopper to reschedule with sears and Thor tossing the ball back and forth with the customer paying the price.

Unable to repair
Sears has been unable to repair my washer that's been broken since 12/24/23 stuck between 2 repair technicians seras uses neither has been able to repair. Won't be buying a extended warranty from sears again. Oh only number to call takes you to someone in India call center to. So frustrating !!!!!
